Special touch basic

This package is for the clients who what to do their planning but need assistance in getting started.  Parties by Patty will assist you in venue selection, budgeting, vendor contact and referrals, guest list assistance, and event timeline.  



Special Touch Silver

This popular package is for the clients who have already finalized all planning decisions and signed contracts with their selected vendors. Parties by Patty will review all vendor contracts, visit the event site with client and confirm date, time and location with all vendors, distribute final payments to vendors, provide a detailed event itinerary.

For our bridal clients we will attend and direct the wedding rehearsal, and attend and supervise the wedding and reception sites on the day of the event. This package will allow the bridal couple to enjoy their wedding and create lasting memories.


Special Touch Gold

This package provides complete planning for all aspects of the wedding or event. Parties by Patty will assist our clients through making the many decisions involved in planning this most special event.  It is of the utmost importance for the bridal party, the family or the guest of honor to really relax and enjoy their special day.   Parties by Patty will ensure we have each and every detail worked out with all vendors involved with your event.  So when the day arrives all you have to do is enjoy.


Last Minute Special Touch

This package is for the client who's event is only a couple of months away and feel completely overwhelmed. Parties by Patty  will evaluate where you are in the planning process to date and advise on overlooked details, incomplete contracts, last minute decisions, meetings, or changes. 

For our Bridal clients we will be there for the ceremony rehearsal and the wedding day itself allowing the couple to walk down the aisle feeling relaxed and comfortable.

For our other special events, we offer day of service which includes two hours the day prior to event and from start to finish the day of event.
